Getting to know each other

About Laura

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who loves working with women who feel anxious, burned out, or who simply want to feel present in the life they are living. I've spent my life caring about and for others, from working with women veterans and raising my own three children . . . to facilitating groups for parents and providing individual therapy for adults. It's my aim to make therapy a place for you to connect, feel seen, and come away empowered and renewed.

A Midwesterner by birth (and lifelong loyalty to tater tots), I’m proud to call the PNW my home for the better part of the last 7 years. When I’m not working, you'll find me reading, doing my best to hydrate, and spending time chasing my kids and the sunlight.

We all need support, I want to normalize that in my practice and in my community. Stress, job changes, parenthood, and relationship challenges impact all of us. The more supported we feel, the more we can offer to others and grow that momentum. I provide inclusive, affirming therapy for individuals of all backgrounds. My practice is LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirmative, anti-racist, and respects diverse cultural and religious beliefs. I believe in creating a space for exploration, growth, and healing, without judgment or stigma.

I believe everyone deserves support.
