FAQ’s

  • I see clients on a weekly basis. This is where I see the most progress with people and their goals. If you are interested in seeing a provider with less frequency, I am happy to connect you to another clinician who can meet your needs.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies. Depending on your eligibility, your insurance provider may reimburse you for a substantial part of my fee as an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a superbill upon request.

    Please contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network coverage for individual psychotherapy.

    All new and existing clients will be given a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of services in line with the "No Surprises Act".

    A limited number of reduced fee spaces in my weekly schedule are on a first come basis. I am happy to discuss more details and availability with you in a phone or virtual consultation.

  • All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. You can notify me via voicemail or email.

    Full session fee will be charged for all late cancellation and missed appointments.

    Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

    A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file.

    All major credit cards andFSA/HSA are accepted.

  • Therapy will be based on your goal(s). We will be checking in regularly on the progress toward achieving those goals in session and adjust as needed.
